Romancing the Stone at Hatley Castle, View Royal Wedding

Monday 19 May 2014

It's high time I blogged this wedding!  It was one of my favorite's from last wedding season.  A stunning Hatley Castle wedding with all the right details captured by the amazing Sharalee Prang Photography!  This venue, I'll never get enough of and very wedding we do there, is completely different from the next!  Working with this couple was simply incredible.  So incredibly in love, so incredibly kind and so incredibly full of style.

The couple was married outside in the beautiful gardens at Hatley, beautifully set under the large tree.

The bride dressed at the Empress Hotel.  We met to drop off the bridal party items and adorned her hair with fresh flowers.

The beautiful bride wanted a very relaxed, natural floral scheme and I absolutely loved the outcome.

The girls wore stunning gowns carrying bouquets which mimiced the bridal bouquet.

The flower girls carried babies breath bouquets with matching floral crowns.  How cute!!

Lovely boutonnieres for the men!  I love a good boutonniere.

Moving into the reception, we used our vintage crystal glass collection (yes, available for rental!) creating soft, lush tablescapes using stunning garden roses, scabiosa,  locally grown queen anne's lace, lavender and ivy.

Loving the bling here!

This wedding will forever capture my heart.  It was amazing to be able to be apart of it!

Yeah I agree that the couple had an exotic wedding. Truly this is a perfect place for a stunning destination wedding. We are also tying the knot soon but we can’t have a destination ceremony so just looking for similar budget friendly and local NYC wedding venues for our day. Can anyone here help me regarding it?
